ACI’s Investment Approach ACI’s investment criteria focuses specifically on biopharmaceutical companies where proof of relevance clinical data has been generated and a clear regulatory strategy identified. A strong IPR position is essential. Each investment opportunity is considered on an individual basis and on its fit with ACI’s strategy. We adopt an open and positive approach to each investment opportunity. We aim to provide constructive feedback to all those companies or individuals who approach us for funding. Once committed, ACI plans to support our investments with hands on practical assistance, and work with the companies both prior to and following investments to ensure that shareholder value is maximised. ACI’s Investment Process 1) Submit an Executive Summary. 2) Present to our Screening Committee. 3) Submit tailored Business Plan. 4) Due Diligence. 5) Deal Completed.
