Frank Sica has a wealth of experience in international healthcare investment. Frank joined Tailwind in 2006 as Managing Partner. From 2004 to 2005, he was a Senior Advisor to Soros Funds Management. From 2000 to 2003, he was the President of Soros Private Funds Management, the management company for Soros private equity and real estate activities, where he headed the investment committee.
