Established in 2009, Alida Capital International Ltd (ACI) is a syndicate of business angels who provide start up and emerging biopharmaceutical companies in the life science sector with capital and practical assistance. Members of ACI are private individuals who collectively make investments in the £50,000 to £1,000,000 range. Collaboration Collaboration with other angel groups throughout Scotland enables us to further increase total funds raised. In addition, the international scope of ACI enables the channelling of inward capital investment from outside Scotland. Corporate Structure Alida Capital International Limited is a private not-for-profit company limited by guarantee. Its members are drawn from a wide range of business sectors and professions. The Board of Directors is formed from its members and Hugh Griffith has been appointed as ACI’s CEO and Gatekeeper. |
